this was recommended by my hair stylist.i use it for trimming my beard once a week.i bought it in early december and charged it once (it is now mid feburary)and it still works fine.recommend to buy this with the comb attachments.some of the product descriptions are not very clear about this.this is very easy to use and has good balance and build quality.

This is a very good trimmer, i use it on my yorkies all the time. Its nice and sharp and does a great job! I would order this again

first off the good. I think the battery will last for a long time. when running on battery it will run fast and when plugged in will do even better. I don't really need cordless, I travel a lot but always have a plug in the bathroom where I will use the clippers. I like that when it is plugged in it will work on the plug and not from the battery. the bad, well, from the box it pulls my hairs. It seems that no matter how I use the clippers, it pulls hairs. I can't get comfortable with these, because I am just waiting for it to pull. It is not just once and a while, every other pass. If I can I will take these back. I am still hoping that it is just a defective pair due to the other positive reviews. jm

This is smaller than I expected, but works pretty well. It sometimes catches and pulls when trimming a beard, but not enough to not use it. The dual voltage and decent battery life makes it suitable for travelling. Wish it had come with a pouch to keep everything in rather than with a clear plastic "stand".

For your at home barbers, these are a good addition to facial grooming and a little line up work. If you want to take'em down south then feel free with the wireless feature. Just make sure they are charged pretty good or they start to pluck instead of cut, OUCH!!!

This product works great and ergonomically correct. It also comes with guards. You can use it with or without the cord. As a former hair stylist, I know Andis to be a reliable product.
