I have owned two of these trimmers. They hold a charge for a long time. They never seem to dull. The multiple blades are phenomenal for flexibility. Cost is reasonable.

Just never got a good beard trimming experience. Never smooth and often grabby.Suggest checking out the Remington MB-200. I'm very pleased with it.

Got these for my husband for Christmas, and he really likes it. He likes that he can go anywhere with it and use it in either bathroom, or just grab it and go if we go out of town.Unfortunately the guards are a little cheaply made, he just broke his favorite guard (says 5 day?) and I can't find the replacement for this one guard...do I have to purchase a whole new kit to get one guard??? Off to check out their website!

Andis btf mustache trimmer,

after going through a couple of whal mustache trimmers and finding them difficult to use i assumed that all trimmers were about the same and fell back onto the 19th century mustache scissors to trim my mustache. i finally got curious enough after a couple of years to see if technology had advanced enough to trim a mans mustache. also scissors really arent good for shaping your mustache into something other then a basic look. i took a chance based on a review and purchased a Andis fixed blade cordless BTF trimmer. it was a few dollars more then its comparable counterparts but like my daddy always said " you get what you pay for ". it turned out to be a good decision. the Andis BTF is a great all around trimmer. it comes with a good variety of attachments that are very easy to use and will do everything from trimming a smokey mountains chest length beard down to a great miami vice 3 day growth look. im not into beards but i love what it does for my mustache. the nicad battery cannot be overcharged and lasts long enough between charges to go on a two week vacation on a deserted island. it is great for highly detailed patterns and does it without any pulling or real skill. if you follow the attachment instructions for your use you will love it. it is also compatable with overseas voltages by just flipping a switch which is important for all you jetsetters. it is also good for eyebrows and neck trimming. it comes with a nice travel bag for convenience. the only drawback is that it does not sit in a recharge stand.

Beard and mustache trimmer,

It works good if you want to trim sideburns, longer and softer hair than beards or staches. The guards pull stiffer hair when you trim. Also it does not cut stiff hair very close to skin if your trying to shape your facial hair.

This trimmer is an excellent value. It far exceeds my expectations in terms of quality and effectiveness. It appears to be of above average quality, and makes a sometimes tedious personal grooming task almost fun. Much, much better than any other trimmer I considered , some being considerably more expensive.

Trims well... when it works,
I've had this trimmer for less than a year and it only worked well for about three months. After that the battery started deteriorating and it was working slower and slower until it would only work well with it plugged in the wall. Now the battery is bad and is not user replaceable. I called the recommended repair depot in San Francisco, but they never returned my calls. I'm replacing it with the plug-in version so I have no more battery worries.Andis Professional 04710 T-Outliner Personal Trimmer

Shaver pulls my hair and doesn't keep charge long,

I switched from a regular hair clipper to an actual beard trimmer assuming it would do a better job. The smaller size makes it easy to get into small spots on my face, but this trimmer pulls my hair often (ouch!) and doesn't keep the charge long. I now just leave it plugged in when I use it. Overall it doesn't give the best trim and I don't recommend it. I would like to find a better product eventually.

Worst Beard Trimmer I Have Ever Owned,

I have owned many beard trimmers. This is the worst of all. It can not make single pass without PULLING and SNAGGING your beard hair - and that is both very annoying and painful. After several attempts to use this on different days - making sure it was full charged - the results were always the same and I simply want to smash it into little bits for all that beard plucking pain it has caused me... Maybe the one I was shipped never had its blades sharpened or something, but it mainly pulls - it does not cut worth anything. I'd love to demand my money back but I can't figure out how.
