The dryer light stopped working after 3 weeks. It did not matter much. Today, exactly 1 year and 3 days after my purchase the on/off switch stopped working and I had to use the breaker on the unit to turn it off. I called the manufacturer and confirmed that the warranty is 1 year, but since it is just couple of days over, they agreed to send me a replacement. It is a direct connect so I need to take the wiring out and replace it with a new one. Oh well!, at least I got a replacement.

This is a sleek, compact unit that is easy to hold and dries hair efficiently. The night light is helpful and doesn't destroy night vision. I've been very happy with the product - that is until the low temp/speed portion of the switch burned out again. I sent the first unit back for replacement after only a few months of use. It was replaced and the new unit seemed to work well. Now, eight months later, the switch went out on the second unit in the same way. I will be returning it for refund and won't buy another unit. If it would keep working I would give it 5 stars. Very disappointing.
