The clippers worked perfectly. I needed something to shave my head with and take down my beard. It worked perfectly and took about 10 minutes to do my whole head and my beard.
If you are looking for great clippers this is what you need. Yes it is heavy, but it has a powerful motor and cuts with precision and I used it for about 10 minutes and it did not get hot. I imagine if I used
it for 40 minutes it would just like any powerful motor. This Razor is worth the price.

Well constructed clippers. Excellent housing and casing. Andis stood behind product after amazon seller didn't, when motor emitted high pitch grinding sound. Andis repaired and returned item within 30 days like new at no cost. These Master Clippers provide excellent grade on hair cutting. The exact same model my Master Barber uses. Quite satisfied.

I love these clippers. The motor is powerful and the adjustment in the head eliminates the need for attachments for the shorter haircuts. These clippers have lasted me several years and appear to have a long life. Cheaper clippers are not worth purchasing.

I heard a lot about this clipper as being the best clippers one could ever buy. Barbers all over the internet said this is an elite clipper. I saw people use them and, so I said to myself just get them. I'm not disappointed!! Top of the line clipper, heavy duty. One plus about these clippers is the guides Andis sells separately that fit this clipper. The Andis improved Master clipper is worth it. One of the biggest selling points is the fact that Andis knew the old Master clipper was one of the best, the only problem barbers had the was guides didn't fit on the old model. Andis corrected the only problem and called it the "Improved Master". This is one of the most complete clippers you could buy.

Good buy, if using at home this is the best price for the best choice you can have. The wahls and conairs etc are not for professional use even at this price range. This clipper is used by professionals even in barber shops i have visited. Get these if you are going to cut your own hair, your friends, family, neighbor watever, just make sure to get attachment clippers. It has a solid heavy feel to it and you can tell its cutting your hair very precisely.

These are some great clippers but are a little over rated. I did buy them for personal use though and I'm no barber. They do cut well but most professional clippers do.
