It is horribly slow.

Save yourself some trouble and tough it out and buy either an ipad or more expensive android tablet.
Now it wont charge and I have to do a restart like 20 times to even get it to fully power up.

I posted a comment to the A. Z. review, above. It reads as follows:

"I disagree. Yes there is a tiny bit of pixelation but, honestly, I did not notice it until I read the review by A. Z. and went and looked for it. I had not noticed it before and I have had the tablet 3 weeks.

A. Z. makes a few comparisons (direct and implied) to iPad in his review but he skips over one important comparison, price. This tablet lists for $169. I have seen it as low as sub $100 (door opener special.) The iPad starts at $499. So the logical question to ask is, "Is the iPad five (5) time better?" Any, even those with no experience using tablets, can answer that question. Heck NO, the iPad is not 5 times better. Twice as good maybe, more like 1 1/2 times, as good would be an appropriate comparison"

I'll add to those sentiments here.

I first became familiar with this family of tablets when a friend bought the 7" model. I was very impressed with the quality versus price (bang for the buck.) When the 9.7 inch model was introduced, I purchased one within days of it becoming available. I was pleasantly surprised that the "big brother" model had even higher quality.

I have had the tablet for 3 weeks and have found nothing to be dissatisfied with. I would but another, I think it is such a GREAT deal, except I don't know what I would use two tablets for.

Be forewarned. The tablet DOES NOT come with Google Play Store which every Android tablet really needs. However, one is able to very easily root this tablet (no strange Linux commands, just plug it into your PC USB port and run a rooting program.) SEE - XDA-Developers website, search for "Root Trio Stealth Pro 9.7". Adding Google's Play Store is a simple process after it is rooted. The same XDA-Developers post cover that process also.

I've only used this for a couple of days setting it up for my wife for Christmas (hopefully she doesn't find this review before then!) but so far it seems like an incredible value. I bought it for $129 on cyber monday and with a little googling it can easily be found for less than Amazon's currently $169. It's on sale at many retailers for $129-139 fairly regularly.

Screen is bright and vivid. Is it HD and top-of-the-line? No, but again we aren't talking about a $300,$400,or $500 tablet here. Resolution is not the greatest but certainly more than acceptable for the price point. I wouldn't call it "pixelated" since that implies pac-man level of blockiness. It isn't. Yes, there are tablets out there with higher resolutions but they are either A) much smaller than this 10" tablet, B) much more expensive, or C) Both of the above. Yes, if you are expecting to watch Blu-ray quality video on this you will be disappointed. For casual web browsing and such, it's fine.
One note: A lot of reviews complain about the viewing angle. Personally, I don't think they are nearly as bad as some people seem to make them out to be. Can you view it at nearly edge-on and have the colors perfect? No, not at all, but who actually does this? While holding it and using it normally, it seemed fine to me. I didn't notice any viewing angle issue at all until I had read about it elsewhere. In fact, my 6 month old $600 HP laptop has much worse of a viewing range than this $130 tablet. Admittedly, I probably tilt the laptop around quite a bit less, but still.

Touch screen works excellent. I haven't even removed the protective plastic from it yet and it works fine.

Performance: Speed is very good all things considered. Much more responsive than I would have expected for a single core.

I got the Mach Speed Trio Stealth Pro 9.7" Tablet as well as a 7" Nextbook Tablet with google play for my 8yr son. All he wanted for Christmas was a tablet. We decided to keep the Mach Speed because of the size, Memory, CPU (processor), Resolution of the screen, front and back cameras, along with other features; we returned the Nextbook. This tablet also came with headphones, USB cord, wall charger, & OTG Cable. Even though the tablet does not have google play already installed, Getjar and Amazon has enough apps to keep him entertained. He does his school work and read books as well on this tablet. I went to the [...] and the website stated that google play is in the process for being able to download on this tablet. I would recommend this tablet for anyone looking for a tablet that is cheaper than an iPad but on the same quailty. So far it is very fast and we have not had any problems, everyone that comes to our house plays on it now instead of the iPad. :-) I purchased this tablet the week before Christmas on Wal-Mart.com for $149.99, every where else wanted $180 plus for this tablet. I would suggest to look around for the sales on this tablet first. The only problem that we had was getting a cover; we did order the universal 9.7" carrying case w/magnetic stand from Amazon for $12.99, it wont be here til the end of Jan. beginning of Feb so I went to Sam's Club and purchased a 8.5"-10.1 universal Solo leather carrying case for $19.99. We also ordered the Stealth screen protectors from amazon & they are already here. Other than this, my son and I love this tablet and we would recommend it. Thanks to everyone that left reviews on this tablet from Wal-Mart & Amazon, you all had a great influence in us purchasing this product. I will come back in a few months to add a comment on how this tablet is holding up.
