The pictures here on Amazon don't do this watch justice, and many unknowing consumers might think this is a blue dial watch, even though the dial color is listed as gold tone. The movement is actually silver tone, which can be seen from the back side of the watch. A lazer treatment has been applied to the inside of the front crystal, which gives everything a gold, or amber tone. When any source of light reflects off the crystal, the reflection is a blue tone (and sometimes purple) that simply looks unreal. The effect is so incredible, it often looks like the watch is glowing like something from the movie Tron. This iridescent crystal only makes this watch more unique and interesting, and I love it. Check out my pictures I posted here on amazon to see for yourself.

This is the seventh generation (7G) of the hydraumatic line of Android watches, and the successor to the 6G open heart model. This 7G version brings the case size up to 46mm, the largest yet for hydraumatics. The time markers are now located around the crystal, giving more space to view the skeletonized movement. The spring loaded cuff bracelet is ideal for those with a 7" wrist, and although described as fitting up to a 10" wrist, I'd say anything above 8 1/2" might be uncomfortable. My wrist is around 8" which leaves a small gap in the cuff, but is still very comfortable.

This is my first automatic watch, and I really like how it functions on its own without ever needing a battery. So far, it has been keeping accurate time. I was really drawn to the skeleton style, since I love looking at all the gears and insides of the watch. Although the skeleton style was more common in antique watches, or pocket watches, it manages to look very industrial and futuristic in this watch.

The all illusive Laser Crystal version of the G7 Android Hydromatic. It's easy to find the Blue or Black dial versions. but not so easy to get your hands on the Laser crystal . That's why, when I saw this for sale. I jumped on it right away.
All of the 5 star reviews are correct. this is an awsome timepiece. and it will get you noticed right away.
First people are stunned by the appearance, those coil springs on the bracelet gives it that futuristic look.
Then upon closer observation they notice the crystal changing colors. what a watch, designed from the great mind of Master Wing Liang. Owner and CEO of Android watches. The Man designs all of his master creations.
Android Timepieces are so unique they are shaking up the watch world.

The Android G7 looks superb, has a wonderful weighty feel which always reminds me of quality and comes at a price that is simply awesome. I have a small collection of watches that I regularly wear and this is now the pride of my collection. The "cuff" will not suit everyone but I personally love it. The size and feel of the watch is simply 10 out of 10! Excellent.

I get complimented for the watch several times a week, with many asking to try it on. The watch is a bit heavy, and you can get into trouble if you are active as the watch can pop off. I had it smack me in the face once when I tried to jump over a large puddle. It didn't sustain any damage to the internals, but the metal clasp had some nicks from when it hit the ground.

Despite it's hefty construction, I took it off for a moment and dropped it on a brick floor where the glass chipped, so it's not indestructible. However, the functionality of the watch doesn't seem to be diminished from the day I took it out of the box. If I can find a new glass bezel you'd never know it's been dropped as many times as it has been.

The only way I could see this watch being improved was if the metal exterior was made from Tungsten.

The item was shipped promptly and was adequately packaged. You may want to check out my unboxing of this watch on Youtube. If time permits, I will try and upload it here too. This watch is stunning! I have looked at a lot of watches lately. I was looking for a really unique watch with a steam punk sort of look and this is it. Everyone comments on it. For the price it cant be beat and I think it compares with watches costing hundreds or thousands more. The photos provided here do not do it justice. The crystal is NOT blue, but has a slight blue tinge under the right conditions; its actually somewhat holographic looking. There are better photos of the same watch here on Amazon. I love this watch, but it is not for everyone. It is BIG and it is heavy. The cuff fits tightly. I have not experienced it jarring loose as others here have reported. In fact, it fits my wrist very snugly, almost too snuggly; it does not move, but its tolerable. The only thing I don’t like is that the crown is long and digs into the back of my hand some. This is an automatic watch and does not need winding, but if you don’t wear it enough or move your hand enough, it will not keep good time. I have experienced this with other automatic watches though and it is generally not a problem. In regard to the skeletonized aspect, this has some of the best views inside of any skeletonized I have seen. Its mesmerizing. All in all I give this watch an A. For the right person, this is an amazing watch! Its truly unique!
