I know that this is an embarassing subject but every adult male with a prostate owes it to himself to buy one of these. There is a lot of hype surrounding these devices and to a certain extent the hype is not true, but at the same time much of the hype is true. I own the sgx, mgx, and the helix models. They are all different but do the same thing in subtle and not so subtle ways. I would suggest starting out with the mgx. The sgx is probably too short in length for most people. The mgx represents the middle ground. The helix is very aggresive in the way it contacts the prostate. The other models are larger or longer and I have no experience with them. The most important thing to realize with these devices is that it takes time to get used to them and that they will open up a whole new way of feeling things "down there" if you give them time.

My MGX is by far the Aneros I use the most. While the Progasm gives me better O's this one I can insert and then go about my business and just gently squeeze and feel the fluttering in my backside.
