Let me tell you about prostate stimulation.

I got offered an Aneros as a joke gift by some friends. It stayed safe within its plastic enclosure until about 2 days ago. It's a little longer than a finger and originally designed as a medical device for prostate health. It doesn't vibrate and you're not supposed to put it in and out, instead using your PC muscles (doing Kegels -- which are great for orgasm control, orgasm intensity, multiple orgasms) to stimulate the prostate.

Takes some time to get you started and hot. But when it does...

After 30 minutes of light pleasure without [...], you begin to feel your prostate harden up, just like a woman's G-spot hardens up when she's horny. I call it the P-spot. It becomes more sensitive. You feel deeply relaxed. Your speech starts to slur. You fall in love with everything. Everything feels so great. You giggle for minutes on end. Food tastes incredibly good. Don't let the large size scare you. I have used the orginal aneros for serveral years for prostate health and found it slow to get pleasure. Just did not feel like reached all of the prostate. I'm a tall man (6'1") so the longer length of the progasm helps it "hit my spot". The wider head and device just feels better on the prostate, a more even massage. The prograsm massages the prostate more easily and yes with more enjoyable sesnsation. Just be slow to insert and relax your lower back muscles. I have had low back surgeries and have tight muscles. Using the progasm has helped me learn to relax and control my low back muscles better. If you are interested in pleasure and prostate health, you may like this aneros better that the smaller ones.

I had a smaller aneros (MGX I think) that I got about a year ago and it was okay, but didn't really do much for me other than being something exciting and new. I got the Progasm about a month ago and right away it was a huge difference. It is quite a bit larger, so some experience and/or practice is needed, but once its in place (and there's enough lube), it is an amazing experience. So far I haven't been able to come "hands off", but I've gotten pretty close and I think I can do it with some practice. I was a little bit afraid of the two little arms/probe things being a nuisance or uncomfortable (was the case with the MGX), but with this one they really add to the sensation. I definitely recommend this product if you want to try something new and are looking for added pleasure.

WOW ! Amazing! I got this for prostate issues, not expecting anything beyond that. And at first is was difficult and not comfortable. But it did deal with the prostate as the maker claims. When with use over a week I got over the uncomfortable feeling, and with exercise, practice and relaxation those so called "Big O's" started. They came with it inserted, then even after. The experience is not exactly like sex, but very similar to the rushes that certain drugs might induce. In fact, beyond sex or drugs. It simply amazes me what the prostate gland can do to ones psyche. I was quite hesitant, and embarrassed to put a public rating on this device as it is described as a "sex toy"-- But it is really MUCH MORE than that. It certainly delivers the best rushes I have ever had-- Even hours after use! All the while stimulating my 60 year old prostate gland.

I was already experienced with the Aneros and have had the regular original one for several years. I was always quite pleased with the original but after reading some of the reviews for their newer product line I decided I needed to try this one. My only complaint with it is that the new ball that is supposed to massage your lower back didn't do anything for me. I actually removed it and since then it has been a wonder. It hits JUST the right spot and offers excellent stimulation. I can easily see where a hands free orgasm might be possible but I get impatient and well, my hands are free...

I have been dealing with an enlarged prostate for a few years now, so after reading up on it I decided to try massage tools. The Aneros is actually not hard to insert, and feels properly proportioned internally. (I am 5'10", 165#) I did experience positive results with it both medically and sexually. I was able to have better and more frequent orgasms, especially the first few times I used it. It also helped with trouble urinating, though after an experimental gap in my Flomax prescription I learned it was not a substitute for drugs. I have tried devices that do other things well, (like vibrate!) but the slim taper at the base, plus the option to be hands free are both excellent features not combined in other anal massage devices.

The reason I have given it three stars is those damn knobs curling up from the handle that look like they are there to protect your hand in a sword fight, but are actually supposed to 'stimulate' your exterior for and aft. They were at best a constant distraction to me and sometimes downright painful. They also restrict you from sitting. (sometimes a man wants to master his domain at the computer) I have read in other reviews that some guys don't mind or even like them, but I could not use it as designed.

Being a DIY kind of guy, I simply cut the protrusions off leaving about a half inch on either side, rounding and polishing the cut ends for comfort with a few grades of sandpaper and some fine steel wool. After the mod I was able to truly relax with this tool. What was left of the 'arms' was just enough to keep it oriented while inserted, but it is sooo much more comfortable this way. I'm frankly surprised Aneros hasn't discovered this option in product testing.

I highly recommend some kind of tool for plumbing your bum, but unless you don't mind a little project then maybe this isn't the best design.

This is the best prostate massager I've ever used and I've used many. You put it in and just relax for a few minutes and you can feel it steadily putting pressure on your p-spot. It is great for masturbation or for intercourse with your partner. Every time you move your hips, it moves too. The pressure steadily builds for a very good orgasm. I got mine for Christmas and I haven't needed to look for a better toy. It really gets the job done guys. Great with your wife while you engage in vaginal sex or otherwise. I highly recommend this product.
