An excellent book. However, it is very heavy and cumbersome to read. Since it has become the encyclopedia of anesthesia, I would prefer if it were available in several smaller books. Also, the print is not as easy to read as in older editions.

I think this is one of most complete text books and refferences in anesthesia. It may be the refference of every anesthesiology teaching center. In our center (Tehran university ) this book is mainstay of our curriculum.
