One of the best metal offerings of 06, May 7, 2006

As of this writing I am not fimilar with the music of The Crown or Transport League, so I can't compare this offshoot. I can only review it on its own marits. One of the catchier and more memorible metal CDs of 2006 (so far) ANGLE BLACK is like a thrashier version of The Cult with effective elements of early Danzig thrown in. No filler tracks but the highlights include "termination" and their Stones cover.
Great for fans of early Danzig (they did get their name from an I Luciferi" track), later Cult and mid 90s 69 Eyes.
(You might also enjoy "Full Denhim Jacket" by KING DUST.)
