I have purchased this book 6 times and still don't own a copy myself. Everytime I get it I end up giving it away. This is one to share, with anyone that needs inspiration, anyone who is celebrating an acheivement, anyone dealing with tragedy or loss, or anyone who you think is an angel in your own life.

Whether religious or not, this book opens your eyes to the possiblity that the person next to you is an angel. And, with luck, you'll follow the lead of the angels in your life, and become an angel too!

This book touches the heart, and encourages even the biggest grump to be a bit kinder and more patient with the world.

I recently discovered "The Angel Book." It is a joy to read. Karen Goldman has a way of bringing heaven to earth. Read this book and then give it to a friend.

I have bought this book several times of the years for friends as a gift. My daughter has an angel collection so this year I bought a copy for her confirmation present - she loved it.

This was the fastest Amazon order yet. I usually mark my calendar for about 2 weeks out and forget about it until the books come. This order seemed to be in my mailbox the next day it was so fast. The book is in excellent shape, like new.

I, like a previous reviewer, have had numerous copies of this book over the past 10 years. Several times I have met people and felt a special connection with them and purchased one for them (I make sure I always keep my own copy for myself!)
This book reminds us there are angels everywhere in our life!
Rather than a spiritual book, I see it as a reminder to be aware and to be grateful of what others bring you in your life.
If you are ever feeling like things aren't going your way it's a great way to reflect on all you should be appreciative of: the smallest favors you receive on a daily basis--a smile from a store clerk, a wave to go ahead from another driver.
Get a copy of this book, count your blessings, and start acting like you are someone else's angel today!

I received this book as a gift in March of 1993 from a close friend. Two months later my 2 year old son died. The words in the Angel Book were so comforting to me and my 7 year old daughter and helped us to cope with the loss. Since that time, I have given over 30 copies as gifts to friends, relatives, co-workers and people I hardly knew. Many of the people were those who have suffered losses or were facing the inevitable loss of someone they loved.

No matter how many times I read the Angel Book, it continues to soothe, comfort and inspire me. More importantly, it helps me to see the best in myself and others. Karen Goldman has written a piece of literature that is timeless and will be valued by readers for many years to come.

What a great Gift of letting someone know that they are an Angel. The pictures are so uplifting and the words make you look back at yourself or someone you love and reminds us how special we really are.. This book is for: 1) those who DONT have a strong faith that God dwells in us, guides us etc. 2)those looking to feel good about themselves 3)those who are looking for inner peace and dont know where to find it. If you want to learn the truth about angels, look to the church. This is a 'feel good about yourself' book and is mainly about good people in your life and the good things they do, and finding the angel in you. It is not the angel in you that gives you such abilities, it is God. God does put 'angels' in our life and we all have a guardian angel assigned to us for eternity but this book puts all the power in the person and the angels (as though they are God). Junk.
