Interesting mystery,

Jane Adams, a highly prolific British author, so far escaped the attention of the American public.She wrote 4 series of different length. I posses two of them, so its time to finaly read one of them. The "Angel " series features Det. Inspector Roy Flowers, badly burned police officer, trying to rebuild his life after a horrible injury.
' The Angel Gateway" is a strange mix of the contemporary, historical and, even, gothic, ghost mystery. This unique combination should'nt appeal to me, but somehow it did. She weaved together all of this threads in a shapely piece of clothing.Looking forward to some more.
