Zabar is quite a guy . . . dresses appropriately for every occasion, speaks well, and is very caring. But he has a big job to do, and if his matter-of-fact words of wisdom fall on deaf ears, watch out—he's not afraid to use the wrath of God to get his point across. Some are receptive to him and his message, others aren't. These stories are a small sampling of events that take place around the world at every moment. Zabar and the others like him stroll in and out of our lives like the wind. For lack of a better understanding and description, we simply refer to these events as miracles.

All of that may be true, but there is something that's both energizing and foreboding about a man who has rubbed shoulders with men like Martin Luther King, Frank Sinatra, Alan Alda, Jerry Falwell, and Tony Spilotro.
"Hardly a day goes by that someone doesn't write to say that they do not believe in angels. Why they go to this trouble beats me. I don't ask people to believe in angels or anything else. I have simply recorded my travels with my friend and guardian angel, Zabar. For what it's worth, angels are mentioned the in the books of the Old and New Testaments 299 times in 280 verses. So I can only assume that those who don't believe in angels don't believe what's written in the Bible either; and that, too, is okay with me. Served as a pilot in Vietnam in 1968-69 and was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal. Challenged Richard Shelby for a seat in the U.S. Senate in 1992. Produced the television show, The Late Show (BLAB 2001). Worked as the golf professional on Holland America's ms Westerdam.

I love this book."I have always wandered" do Angels really appear, to People here on Earth.Well after reading this book by Bob Miller.I now believe, they do appear "to the right People at the right time" in the right place".Makes me want to go to Browns Mountain.I wonder would I meet Zabar there, or would I meet Bob miller.Either one would be an Angel to me.Thank You Bob for writting this wonderful book.
