for over one year i have called and talked to over half a dozen customer service personnel and informed them that this dvd has no ''ENGLISH SUBTITLES'' and still they are showing it has ENGLISH SUTITLES oh my goodness

I was disappointed that it wasn't the complete novela. There's only snippets of the chapters, but not the full chapters...it was highly annoying.
