Angel Witch - self-titled, December 18, 2006
Man,don't you JUST love it?These long-lost,mostly forgotten records on CD reissue.With(copy that I have,anyway)the original album cover.Does it get ANY better?For any new fans,passer-byers,the hopelessly curious,etc.,Angel Witch was at one time a 'top of the heap' metal band that reportedly once headlined over the likes of Iron Maiden and Def Leppard.Hard to believe,isn't it?All the killer head-banger tracks you remember are here,like the band's namesake "Angel Witch",the eerie "Atlantic","Sorcerers","Gorgon","Angel Of Death"(you know the drill).Even comes with several bonus cuts tagged on.LONG LIVE the 'New Wave Of British Heavy Metal' era!
