This tape doesn't seem like much at first, but it wears so well and feels so good even the first time and has made a huge difference for me.... as I usually have more good intentions than effort !!

This is a great video for gentle graceful and very effective stretching movements to improve flexibility, stretch, balance and posture. It is like an American version of Tai Chi! I think everyone with any arthritis or balance issues, anyone over "that certain age" and absolutely anyone wanting to improve their flexibility and stretching should use this. It is easy and enjoyable, peaceful and energizing. I am so much more able to move and bend and my balance has improved a hundredfold. I cannot recommend this enough

I've always loved Angela Lansbury and she is a beautiful, classy woman. This is my second copy of this one and I bought it to take to my Mom's to use there.
A great, gentle work out for us ladies over 50. If it was available on DVD I suppose I'd have one of those too!

I bought this video for my mother and we've been enjoying following along with Angela in her relaxing stretches and ideas on health and physical maintenance. The VHS itself does have some lines through the picture "age lines" if you will, and the "free poster" that the box advertises was not found inside. So this was clearly a used video that had been repackaged. Still, I received it as promised and it works. It made for a very merry Christmas for my Mother and that's all that matters.

This is an excellent tape and it came quickly and in excellent condition. I highly recommend Geneva Marketing!
