An assassination in the Philippines is caught on film by kickboxer Christy, which leads to her death at the hands of radicals intent on disrupting peace talks. Her sister Kat, a Los Angeles police officer, comes to Manila to try and bring justice to the people responsible. She enters the kickboxing tournament in order to get closer to the nefarious agents, and begins unraveling the twisted plan while narrowly evading the wrath of the Death Brigades. I've seent this movie two times and have been impressed with some of the action shots. Cat Sassoon fights in the style of the geographic area of the world - more of a kick-boxer. It is a decent action flick where the women fight just as hard as the men.

Awful actioner has Cat Sassoon entering a Filipino martial arts tournament to investigate the death of her sister and discovering a plot to assassinate a U.S. ambassador. The fight scenes are poorly choreographed, Sassoon scowls through the whole film, and our male "hero" is a doofus. There are, count 'em, three different shower scenes to up the sex factor. Really bad.
