I found this to be a wonderful relaxation tool. For the most part, this is instrumental, but there is one track with a little bit of singing to it. I found the singing to be a bit disconcerting at first, but got accustomed to it.

This is an excellent CD. I get a very peaceful feeling while listening to it. Great for relaxation!
