This is a good primer for basic meals. Most of the portioning is broken down into ingredients necessary for serving 10, 20 or 40 people for the simple, hearty entrees, vegetables and salads listed with color photos of the onboard cuisine between each section. Many of the recipes call for canned ingredients since keeping items fresh on a boat is a bit dicey and it's really in the yeast breads that she excelled and you find the most instruction.
