5.0 out of 5 stars Works Well
My 7 year old Cockapoo had dark red tear deposits so bad they caked on each side of the nose and resulted in large sores. The problem was apparently caused by a yeast infection of the tear ducts. A combination of Angel's Eyes mixed with yogurt and eyedrops consisting of eyebright and golden seal has worked well in a two week period. Although not fully clear, the condition...

3.0 out of 5 stars Angel Eyes
My shaded-silver persian who has the dark excretions from the eyes, doesn't seem to like to taste of this - whether I mix it in wet food, sprinkle on dry and when I put it in water as suggested, it just floats on top - won't mix in. Her eyes have cleared up a bit, but not fully - been using about a month now.

1.0 out of 5 stars My cat won't touch her food with this on it, May 17, 2009

I was very hopeful in getting this product because my Chinchilla persian has such a problem with eye discharge, but I am VERY disappointed. It does smell awful and even if I sprinkle a tiny amount on her food, she won't touch it.

So, I have no idea if it works or not because she won't use it.

If this company comes out with a pill form for cats, that would be much better. But for now, I would not recommend this product.

We have been unable to get our himmy persian to touch the stuff. Even after withholding other food, she would not go near it. Can't imagine why it would be advertised for cats.

I should have read other reviews before purchasing this product! My persian is a total mooch, He wants to try and eats most anything. I put a half teaspoon of this on his food and he will not go near it! Can't return it because it is open, so don't waste your money!

5.0 out of 5 stars Works better than advertised, April 6, 2009
This review is from: Angels' Eyes Tear-Stain Eliminator for Cats, 120 Gram Bottle (Misc.)
I used less than recommended and within a week I was already noticing a difference. My Shih Tzu had rusty tears, I was constantly cleaning his face. Within such a short time it was 100% cleared up. I continue to use to maintain but at about half the recommended dosage. Still working!

I have a maltese puppy and the brown drainage from her eyes bothered me. Someone said to try Angel Eyes and it has made a big difference by decreasing her eye drainage.

The only problem is the expense.

5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing! It really works!, March 26, 2009
This review is from: Angels' Eyes Tear-Stain Eliminator for Cats, 120 Gram Bottle (Misc.)
I was amazed at the difference this product makes in the tear stains on my two dogs. We have two maltipoos (one looks more poodle and the other looks more maltese) and the change in both is incredible. Especially for our more "poodle" pup - she used to have big black stains under her eyes that we were constantly trying to clean with different tear stain products. Nothing seemed to really work. But after just a week of Angels' Eyes and the hair is growing out clean! They both look so much better and happier!
