Great Little Book
This book is a true little gem, packed full of scriptural and anecdotal quotations and affirmations, each accompanied by a brief reflection targeted toward making the reader think about how life is worth so much more than food. Pick one a day or read several through; you'll be inspired -- and distracted from that cheeseburger. Written by a woman who lost over 200 pounds...

This is an Angelic disaster
This book is pure nonsense. I am sorry I wasted my money on this wishy washy title. People with weight problems should use certified programs for dieting and not waste their time on make believe nonsense! She makes no sense this womam. It's a shame she is using Angels to sell her books and self. For shame Miss Eileen!!!
