I expected this to be enlightening, but I didn't expect it to be so darn funny! Sylvia's personality makes the subject matter very comfortable, and I particularly liked the way she addressed our misguided notions of needing to be spiritually "perfect" to be deserving of assistance and abundance.

This is a great tape for Sylvia's fans. The tape is a fast-paced guide to spirit guides and angels. Sylvia's sense of humor comes through, and you will laugh out loud at her funny tales of some of her readings. This is a great tape!

I listened to this book and I enjoyed it very much - Sylvia's sense of humor and down-to-earth information was very enlightening. Her common sense approach made it a fun listen as well as highly inspirational. Sylvia makes spiritual matters like this, formerly inaccessible to ordinary people, very easy to access and a practical matter. Her self-effacing humor was really evident when she tells about her discovery that she was "wrong" about angels and their wings. Thank you Syliva!

I purchased the audio tapes a few years ago and ran across them recently and decided to listen again, because I feel that with this particular subject matter, we hear what we need at the time we are listening. I was amazed when listening to Sylvia this time because it seemed as I though I was right in the room with her, and when she did the healing session near the end of the tape, again I was surprised. I thought, oh what the heck, what have I got to lose by listening to it again. And the very next day I came to realize that many of the toxins that Sylvia had talked about that we acquire over time, were indeed trying to flush themselves out of my body. I felt renewed and uplifted, reminded of how we all have a purpose here on earth, and that we will be here until we have fulfilled that purpose. I also feel that her words helped me to focus on some of the purposes that I hadn't been able to do previously, and gave me the inspiration to get out and start doing some of those purposeful things I should be doing. I am very thankful for listening to hear tapes again, and hope some day that I can meet Sylvia in person. I love her sense of humour, and I'm really glad she inspired me to take a new look at the same old daily mundane things in my life.

I absolutely loved this tape. After hearing so much about her, I had tickets to see her, but alas, it was cancelled due to 9/11. So I bought the audio tape "Angels and Spirit Guides". I didn't expect it to be nearly as great as it was. Sylvia combines humor, wisdom, and honesty to deliver a message of spirtualism that, unbelievably echoes my own unshared beliefs. I will be ordering this tape for several friends, one in particular who lost a daughter, for Christmas presents this year.

I recieved my tapes in the mail today and I listened to them 3 times, I must have told everyone I know about them! Sylvia is so truthful about what her beliefs are! I grew up feeling a lot about what she speaks of. My mother read a lot from Edgar Cayce, so as I grew older she would mention a lot to me, but the way Sylvia talks about life after death is so straight to the point, that I actually feel very content with the knowledge of what I gained today. This is the second set of audio books I bought of Sylvia Brown and would definately recommend this to a friend! She brought humor into a very serious topic which to me made me feel comfortable and I listened to every single word she said! I couldn't wait to hear what was next.

I love reading but was blown away listening to Sylvia's taped lecture about Angels and Spirit Guides. There is a ton of information on these tapes, much more than I expected, and I'm thrilled with them.

another great book by a wonderful friend and lady. i laughed i wondered and enjoyed this tape as much as the other books or maybe more. if i could of voted for a 100 stars for this book or more i would have. thanku sylvia your have given me peace.

Having not much knowledge in regards to angels and our spirit guides, I found the audio version to be informative, inspiring and uplifting. I listen to it at least once a week while commuting to work and highly recommend it to all--believers and skeptics.

After reading and listening the book/CD of Contacting Your Spirit Guide, I instantly became Sylvia's fan, and have gotten a copy of this double-CD talk show lecture/transcript, as well as two other books of hers including Past Lives, Future Healings, and Life On The Other Side. I have repeted listening to this double-CD many times, and it's very helpful to me as far as teaching me what I didn't know about the abilities and duties of angels and guides, and how to get help and advice from them on a daily basis.
A lot of the information actually makes sense to me, and I am now more knowledgeable about spirituality. I now understand why some things happen and why I resented some events and people in my life. It all has to do with what I had CHARTED myself to go through in this life like a course I am taking and I must GRADUATE from it, so I can go HOME. Then there's Dark Entities that she talked about, which I never fully was aware of in my own environment. These people can be your loved one or best friend, and they most likely will have to go through the LEFT DOOR like Sylvia's mother. I now can identify those individuals who had been in my life or are still in my life, and I hope they will change and be OBSORBED into the White Light Of The Holy Spirit when they make the departure from this life.
I haven't done enough meditation with this CD yet, but I now know that no matter what happens, there will always be my Guide, Angels, and Loved Ones from The Other Side I can count on.
Even if you may not take her words seriously, I think you will be entertained trememdously, because she's thoroughly funny, and that's why she's so easy to follow.
