The Angels Will Not Care

This is the kind of book everyone who takes a cruise to Alaska should read! The suspense was killing me. My only regret is that this is the last book of his series for now....I've just read all of his books in print, one right after another, and I had never done that with ANY author! I'm passing the books on to my family members down in Southeast Alaska.

This book was a real disappointment. The characters are one-dimensional, the "mystery" obvious, and the relationships unbelieveable. Our detective and his lover wax hot and cold on each other for no discernible reason, many characters (notably the family with the Down's Syndrome child) appear to have no relationship to the plot, and the immediate adversary...
