5.0 out of 5 stars Great book~
Roger Vizi has done it again, this time in the air! Angels on my Wings is a very exciting book that deals with an airliner that has a explosion on board, and how the crew deals with the situation. Crashing into the Atlantic Ocean seems their only option until a flight of 'Angels' fly in to assist them. These are not the type of Angels that you may think, so you need to...

3.0 out of 5 stars Not an easy ride
Where was the editor? All of a sudden the angels became angles and whether became weather. Very distracting. Reviewing from my Kindle. Insufficient punctuation.

5.0 out of 5 stars This is the stuff movies are made of!, January 25, 2002

This review is from: Angels on my Wings (Paperback)
Angels on my Wings is the type of book that great movies are made of. The author makes you feel like you are part of the excitement when the explosion takes place. I could feel myself sitting on one of the seats as a passenger waiting for the end to come.
Then we are introduced to our "Angels" that have come to our rescue. Being an aviation nut, Roger Vizi has done an excellent job of describing every detail of the flight, and how the air traffic controllers handled the crisis.
This is a wonderful book that everyone should own. This is the second book that I have read by this author, and I feel he will become a best selling author.

3.0 out of 5 stars The plot is good, the details are lousy, January 25, 2010

There are so many typos - angels become angles, weather becomes whether, even the character names fall apart - Michelle, lead flight attendant survived, but at the end, she was listed as missing even though it was Ashley who was really lost.

Again, the plot is excellent, but the dialogue doesn't follow through, and neither do some of the specifications - look at some of the speeds of this so called jet aircraft - 165 knots?

This is the first Kindle book that I have purchased that has such a lousy editing job

5.0 out of 5 stars Holds the readers attention to the very end!, October 26, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: Angels on my Wings (Paperback)
Angels on my Wings is a well-written story that will leave you in a cold sweat. A commercial airliner suffers a high-altitude decompression, leaving flight controls damaged. A fatal crash seems imminent, placing everyone on board in a life-threatening situation.

You feel as though you are actually in the airplane, experiencing what the book's characters are going through. The author builds the tension, page by page, and so holding the reader's attention to the very end.

Will the plane crash or land safely? You must read this exciting book to find out the answer.

Review by award-winning authr, Bobby Ruble, author of Have No Mercy and co-author with wife, Kam, of Black Rosebud: Have No Mercy II.

This is one of the most exciting books that I have ever discovered. The way this author writes makes you feel like you are on board flight 37 with the other passengers waiting to be saved.
I don't understand why this book has not been picked up by an agent and made into a movie. THIS BOOK IS FANTASTIC!
