I've been listening to this tape for about a week so far and I've noticed a difference in my anger control already. My friends and family have noticed, too.

This is THE best anger management recording I have found so far.

If you're on this page, I'll assume that (same as in my life) jerks and idiots tick you off. Yet for some reason 90% of the anger management tapes are written by idiots! Usually the basic message is: "there's no such thing as right or wrong," or "the other person is equally right." Most tapes? Worthless.

But THIS RECORDING is BETTER than all that.

Here's what you're getting: RELAXATION and AFFIRMATIONS. It's not a discussion, not an audiobook, not even a how-to. It's just nice music and helpful thoughts to consider. Reasonable statements that you can honestly agree with.

To show what I mean, here's a few examples from this recording. These are affirmations, things that may not already be true, but you want them to be true.

* I remain calm and centered at all times.
* I accept myself and others.
* I am totally in control of myself at all times.
* I am completely natural and at ease.
* It is useless to blame.
* I am calm and relaxed.

You get the picture. Maybe 1 in 3 affirmations has the word "calm" in it, but that's the idea. So far, this is the only worthwhile anger management tape I've found. If you're going to buy one at all, I say buy this one.

Robert Griswold and all the Love tapes from Effective Learning Systems (I have over 10) are great. I have used a few different tapes by others and none of them even come close to comparing!

This CD will amaze you, it has me. I continue to listen to it every night. It is very soothing and puts me to sleep quickly, while delivering great messages to my brain. I highly highly recommend it!!!
