I highly recommend this book. The insight that is offered by Dr. Vivian Lamphear to down to earth and practical. It discusses issues that most parents have (like yelling at your kids too much) without making you feel guilty. Instead you get advice that you can actually use. After utilizing the tools in this book, I feel that I am a better parent and my daughter even agrees!
