Are you or someone you love forever upset about something? Do you find every day is full of red traffic lights and inconsiderate people? Or perhaps, you don't think of yourself as an angry person at all? Yet, if you are constantly depressed, or exhausted, or just wondering: "What is wrong with me? How come I am not happy?" If you find yourself a peaceable person 99% of the time, but an out of control tornado that last percent, then this book is still for you, as these are all signs of repressed anger which we are entirely unaware of. I know, because I speak from experience! Angry or apathetic, let the Dr. show you how to get to the root of it, and just like a stubborn weed... once you realize it is there, you can dig it up! --Publisher
