Sound wisdom that goes against the norm of society, even the so called christian psychologists. The wisdom within and it's source will help anyone truly overcome wrong ways to express anger and properly deal with stress.

I took a class at church in a small group where this book was the textbook. I went in with little to no expectation. I started reading.. and found that I couldn't put the book down. I got out my bible to read the noted scriptures. I took notes, highlighted, underlined, etc.
I have since COMPLETELY changed the way I deal with any type of stress in my life. No matter how big or small, I am able to stop and think - how can I respond in a way that will glorify God? It is the MOST HELPFUL book I've EVER read.
I just ordered ALL of Wayne Mack's other books on Amazon. I can't wait to receive them and continue on my journey of spiritual growth. <3

This thin book is packed with excellent guidance to anyone who wants
to deal with the issues that makes one angry in this imperfect world.
I am so glad this book is not a thick book as it guides to you use the bible to help you see things in God's perspective and to trust Him alone in everything. I'm applying the material daily and am so grateful to the author for writing this wonderful book. Highly recommended.
