Blast off into the final frontier with your favorite avian avengers! The Angry Birds are back, and this time even the Earth can't contain their fury.
Angry Birds Space, the all-new adventure from Rovio, takes you to straight to the cosmos, where the feathers continue to fly. This time, the familiar physics-based gameplay of the original Angry Birds games comes with a NASA-style twist: the birds' slingshot trajectories are affected by different gravitational fields as they navigate planets, black holes, stars, and more.
Angry Birds Space features 80 interstellar levels on celestial bodies and in zero gravity, resulting in spectacular gameplay ranging from slow-motion puzzles to lightspeed destruction. With regular free updates, brand-new birds, brand-new super powers, and a whole galaxy to explore, the sky is no longer the limit!

The Angry Birds have achieved a lot in the last two years, but apparently peace on Earth wasn't good enough. The evil pigs have taken the fight to outer space, and the Angry Birds are right on their curly tails.
After a giant claw kidnaps their eggs, the Angry Birds chase it into a wormhole and find themselves floating in a strange new galaxy--surrounded by space pigs. Luckily for our feathered friends, a funny thing happened when the Angry Birds passed through this cosmic portal: they emerged with amazing super powers of their own.
Now the birds and pigs are locked in a fierce intergalactic battle, fighting on and above rocky asteroids, icy planets, forbidding black holes, and much more. The Angry Birds have brought along their handy, enormous slingshot, of course; but the outer-space environment creates new, unpredictable flight conditions. No longer can they just rear back, fire, and hope for the best.

It's your job to help the Angry Birds cope with these cosmic forces. The trick is to consider the gravitational pull of any celestial body that a bird passes. If you aim too close to a planet, you're pulled into its orbit and it will fling you elsewhere. You can use this orbital boost to your advantage, too, but be careful--if you don't aim close enough, you'll miss the orbit entirely and your bird will float off to a lonely destiny in deep space.
Still, Angry Birds have no fear, and neither should you. As you aim, helpful tracer lines reveal your projected path, so you'll learn quickly. From there, it's classic Angry Birds slingshot fun: slide your finger on the screen and let go to pull back and fling your avian friends. Tap the screen mid-flight to unleash a bird's special ability. Pinch to zoom in and out of the environments, and drag your finger to view different parts of each stage.

Use the birds and their powers to break through piles of space junk that the pigs use for protection. Crates, boards, stone, glass, TNT--even space bubbles, icy spheres, and the occasional rocket ship--are no match for an accurate shot with the right bird. As you progress through the game, you'll face plenty of unique challenges and super villains (including the menacing Space King, who pilots a flying saucer fixed with a big claw--perfect for snatching eggs).
You'll also notice amazingly detailed scenes and evocative music. The game features lush colors, startlingly beautiful cosmic scenes, and NASA-approved renditions of actual space physics. Cinematic music takes each scene to a higher level of fun and intensity, as dramatic orchestral swells vie with audio elements inspired by sci-fi TV shows.
Pursuing the pigs into outer space, the Angry Birds took a perilous journey into a wormhole. They all made it through in one piece, but each emerged with new super powers. And they gained a new member of the flock, as well!
Red: Leader of the Angry Birds, Red now dons a spiffy mask. He uses the mask's built-in goggles to help him see the flight path that will cause the most destruction.
Lazer Bird: Formerly known as Yellow Bird, Lazer Bird is now one of the fastest objects in the universe.
The Blues: Always daring and inquisitive, this trio of small birds now have the ability to crack and smash frozen objects.
The Incredible Terence: The largest of the birds, this not-so-gentle giant squashes and destroys anything that gets in his way.
Bomb: A bird with exceptional anger problems and a short fuse, Bomb uses his super power to incinerate any material in his path.
Ice Bird: The newest member of the flock, Ice Bird is an extra-terrestrial who can turn anything he touches into solid ice.
"It's a very simple formula, but thanks to precise controls, great puzzle designs, and excellent atmosphere, Angry Birds is outrageously addictive. (Really, I am sleepy today because I played this until three in the morning.)" -IGN.com
"Angry Birds might not have a lot of extra features besides its single player mode, but to be honest, that mode alone makes the game a fantastic value." -TouchArcade
"What does it take to make an addictive game? Not much--just throw in some super simple controls, cute graphics, and basic physics. Rovio Mobile's Angry Birds is one such game that includes all these elements..." -Engadget
"The reaction of the objects as they topple and splinter, knocking other sections over and (if you're lucky) squishing the pigs within is a constant delight, and ensures that you'll play the same levels multiple times in a bid to get a full three-star rating. To all those who've been waiting - here comes a very good thing." -PocketGamer

As with previous Angry Birds games, Angry Birds Space offers a plethora of cool bonus content waiting to be unlocked. Here, as you unlock shiny Eggsteroids, you'll find bonus levels that pay homage to classic video games of the past.
Play hard, unlock new levels, and see what delightful interpretations of well-known video games await. All of them integrate Angry Birds characters into the gameplay, of course, for a surprising and fun fusion of old-school and new-generation gaming!
PLEASE NOTE: This app lets you purchase digital content using actual money. You can configure parental controls for in-app purchases, which will require your Amazon account password or a 4-digit PIN, by going to the Settings menu from within the Amazon Appstore.
The road to Angry Birds began in 2003, when three Finnish students entered a mobile-game development competition. Their game, King of the Cabbage World, was the first real-time, multiplayer game for mobile phones. The trio soon formed what would become Rovio.
Angry Birds was released in December 2009, after the iPhone and just as the Android universe started to explode. The game achieved unprecedented success: to date, the game and its sequels have generated more than 700 million downloads, as well as a firm foothold in popular culture.
