An Exciting Game of Skill and Action

Build, blast, and lift off with this fun-filled game based on the bestselling digital app Angry Birds in Space. The egg-stealing pigs are out of this world, and the Angry Birds have swooped in to exact their revenge! Players build structures indicated on the mission cards before their opponents launch an Angry Bird to knock them -- and the pigs -- down!

Angry Birds 3 Birds In Space

Let the Angry Birds Adventures Begin

To start the fun, a player draws a Space Mission card and selects a structure from one of four levels, including three different difficulties and a freestyle option. For the first three levels, the structure and pig placement should match the card exactly, while the freestyle allows more creativity (within a set of rules). The player who drew the card then tries to destroy the structure using the birds indicated on the card. Use the slingshot launcher to send Angry Birds flying and take out those mischievous pigs!

Score Points and Bonuses

Knock down pigs to rack up points. Plus, show off your mad skills by cracking open the pig's space helmet for a special bonus, and then break the asteroid to nab another card for an additional launch. Be the first player to reach 1,000 points, and you're the winner!

What's in the Box

Two Space Angry Birds (an Ice Bird and Super Red Bird), three pigs, one pig space helmet, one breakable asteroid, 14 structure pieces, one bird launcher, 32 space mission cards, eight points cards, and instructions.

The premise of the game is simple. Build a castle, put pigs on it and try to knock down using the included catapult and the angry birds. The game includes handy cards that show various configurations to build along with how many birds you have to try and knock it down. You draw a card, one player builds the other tries to knock it down. After the turn is over players switch roles. Sounds like it should be hours of fun right? Well no. The problem is that whoever designed this game did a horrible job of designing the building blocks. The pieces are horribly balanced and trying to build anything but a simple configuration is an exercise in frustration. The pieces are mostly slim with rectangular bases and as you build towers up, they get harder and harder to balance. Quiet often I found myself rebuilding things because the pieces kept falling down mid-build. Since you don't get points for building the castles, and the whole point of the game is to knock them down, shouldn't they be easier to build so you can get to the fun part fast?

Save your money and avoid yet another poorly executed cash-in on a brand name.

We gave this to my 6 year old for his birthday. He has the Angry Birds Knock on Wood game and loves it! This version is a total joke. The pieces are all warped with no flat edges. It's impossible to build the towers shown on the cards. Don't buy this! Stick with the original Knock on Wood version.

My son received 2 of these for his 5th birthday because they looked so cool! We were so excited to dig into this game and play together but unfortunately the design of the blocks make it impossible to build the required configuration of pigs to fly the birds at. My son still had fun making up some of his own rules because as a 5 year old, being creative is more fun. If you could actually stack the blocks, even if he couldn't exicute the game exactly as intended it would be a lot of fun. Unfortunately he destroyed the box upon opening and so I threw it away - now sits the game, untouched. Very disappointed.

My son will soon be 7 and loves angry birds. wE RECEIVED THIS AROUND aUGUST 6th. He loves playing with this game. I like it because it requires dexterity and mental thought. It gets him away from the electronics and makes him think while he is having fun. I usually do not like games with lots of pieces but these are a good size and we haven't lost any yet. I keep it in the plastic form that came in the box. My dog ate the box - really - so I just slide it in a 2 gallon sized zipper bag - works great!

This game is too difficult for children. My 8 year old received this as a birthday present, but can't get the pieces to stay in place. Parents have to set pieces up and makes for a difficult experience. Kids quickly lost interest. Waste of money.

We bought this in local store for $19.99, because my daughter is an Angry bird fan. This game was made of cheap, light-weighted material. It is almost impossible to stack the pieces as instructed. I have to keep stacking it for my daughter to break. She lost interests after 20 minutes, and never touched again since. Even at a low price of $6.99, it's not worthwhile.

We got this for my son for his 6th Birthday. This game is a great idea. I love that you have to build the structures shown on the cards. The problem is the blocks aren't solid with flat surfaces and you can't build the structures shown. If there is the slightest wiggle the entire structure falls over, and we can't enjoy playing the game because my son gets angry because he can't build it. It should be called Angry Children not Angry Birds! I really hope they rethink these games with flat surfaces because if it was easier to build the structure it'd be a lot of fun.

Literally screams of joy when the kids opened this item! They loved playing it, wasnt too complicated, even for the little ones. Admittedly they were not playing according to the rules, but more for the sheer fun of shooting the catupult at the pigs! Overall, got on a gold box deal, great value, happy kids. What more could you ask for.
