Chuin and Remo live on!!, October 24, 1997
By A Customer
This review is from: Angry White Mailmen (The Destroyer, No 104) (Paperback)
Chuin and Remo live on in this book. The back and forth arugments and humor is here in style readers are used to. The only downfall is that there is no real challenge for the Masters of Sinanju. Still a good read just for Remo and Chuin's interplay and the taking on of the Japanese Corporation at the first of the book. The airplane/Japan chapter is CLASSIC Destroyer!

Not the best so far, but not bad, January 13, 1997
By A Customer
This review is from: Angry White Mailmen (The Destroyer, No 104) (Paperback)
I always await the release of the new Destroyer books, and the title alone was enough to expect another satire-filled romp. Not so. The humor was pretty low-brow, and the characters shallow. Not at all the usual quality of the Destroyer books. The review at sinanju.com was true

Excellent escape book, December 9, 1996
By A Customer
This review is from: Angry White Mailmen (The Destroyer, No 104) (Paperback)
Will Murry has taken the reins of the series, when the original author went to Hollwood to be in films, and has taken the books to new entertainment highs. This "can't put it down" book is funny and exciting and make you glad you read it when you are done.It is a the best investment of five dollar you can make

People are getting tired of white bad guys., November 6, 1996
By A Customer
This review is from: Angry White Mailmen (The Destroyer, No 104) (Paperback)
People are getting tired of white bad guys. Full 90% of inter-racial crime is black on white (U.S. Crime Statistics). 99% of books are about White bad guys, blacks as victims. It is very boring

author burned-out?, October 22, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Angry White Mailmen (The Destroyer, No 104) (Paperback)
A ho-hum Remo entry. One of the other reviewers here said the author went to Hollywood or something. Looks like he dictated this entry over the phone. Boring.

New Flair to the Destroyer keeps it alive and well!, May 5, 1997
By A Customer
This review is from: Angry White Mailmen (The Destroyer, No 104) (Paperback)
I really enjoy the destroyer series and have been collecting the series for years now. With a new writer the series has taken a new approach with following of Remo and Chiun's lives. The humour is still there while the plots just get better and better. The shots taken at real life situations double the read pleasure of the book and help it stay interesting. This is one series I would really hate to see end!!! :

A great read... fast, furious and funny! Remo rules..., January 8, 1997
By A Customer
This review is from: Angry White Mailmen (The Destroyer, No 104) (Paperback)
Anyone who loves a good parody on society and loves action will enjoy this book. The Destroyer series, from it's start many years ago, has always had hidden commentary on todays top stories, always presented in satirical fashion. Rather than listen to a racist comment like the one from the person before me (See: "We're tired of White Bad Guys") who definitely haven't read it or he'd know that his comments are laughable, make up your own mind... read the book and enjoy. Excellent for a 2-3 hour flight
