Stay The Same, November 25, 2009
I found this band on a total fluke. I got them mixed up with AutoErotique. They did a Fischerspooner remix I really liked and I thought I'd dig their music. Well I made a happy mistake because I find myself enjoying AutoKratz quite a bit. They are different but this CD has some solid tunes. The beats are fresh and I enjoy the vocals. The repeating one liners got annoying at first but once I got used to it I started to like it. The songs are so crazy in some cases it's worth enduring.
I like pretty much the entire CD. Some stand out tracks are Always More, Speak In Silence, Can't get Enough, and Gone Gone Gone.
If you're into electronic music, and like bands such as Fischerspooner, these guys are up your alley. They're fresh, interesting, and fun. I hope they "stay the same".
