The Bible of Nutrition
This book is the solid bible of animal nutrition. While the basics of nutrition are taught by the instructors, this is the reference book to be kept for years afterwards to verify nutritional content from every feedstuff imaginable. A brief explanation of principles, and then the outlining of critical and necessary elements of all feeds. Good for human nutrition as well...

outline form
This book is written in outline form. So it is good for those who like that. It has a lot of information on how to formulate rations, not a lot of explanations for understanding it though.
