Great little whisk!,

My sister told me about this whisk, saying it was excellent, but I was skeptical. To test it, I put two eggs in a 1-cup measuring cup. The whisk fit straight down in the cup perfectly. Holding the fish handle vertically, I rubbed my hands together quickly, making the fish rotate and the whisk move - like when you are cold and rub your hands together to get them warm. The eggs were beat beautifully in a matter of seconds! I couldn't believe how fast it was. There is a small disk on the tines of the whisk that can be moved up and down to change the size of the whisk, so it is adjustable to the size of the container and job. The disk also makes it more compact so it stores more easily.
This is a fantastic whisk! I am going to be giving it as gifts this holiday season.

love the adjustable whisk, fits in various sized vessels if you just want one coffee cup's worth of whipped cream, or a large bowl.
