One of the most informative animal anatomy books for artists that I have ever studied. A great resource for the artist that really wants to understand his subject from the inside out.

This book is by far the best animal anatomy book I own, out of many I've collected. Mine has been dog-tagged over and over, highlighted, and the binding even broke off due to repeated use. It's duck taped now, and is still used today.
My only complaint is that this shouldn't be used totally alone. Goldfinger's book goes especially good with it. I recommend this totally to wildlife artists, and rookie concept artists looking to learn anatomy so they can stretch it for their own beasties. (Like me, whoo hoo.)

What can I say. This is a classic. There are many other wonderful books on animal anatomy, but for the price and content this one is certainly worth getting.
