Not a Reference Book,

This is NOT a reference book on Animal Pitchers. It consists of huge beautiful high quality photographs of someone's vast collection (the author's?). There is NO relevant information in this book that's worth the paper it is printed on. The author's obviously did no research on what manufacturer's made the items, years of production, rarity, glaze colors, etc.. ; other than what is marked on the bottoms and sizes. Really a worthless book for anyone interested in knowing more on what they have. I even knew quite a few of the makers of the items that they didn't. It is NOT difficult to research a marked "USA" pitcher when you live in the USA. I just wanted all the information in one book. In addition, I usually don't buy Schiffer books because there is too much written information without corresponding photos. They have the complete opposite here, and still worthless.
