This is a very fun game. Each player has a book where you flip parts of pages to make a funny looking animal. Then you have to find the same animal on a board with all of the possible combinations before another player finds theirs. It is challenging because you have to find an exact match and there are many similiar ones. I played it with my 8 year old granddaughter and she loved it. And I wasn't bored. I would think that kids as young as 4 or 5 would also be able to play.

Animal Soup Game

My son(age7)received this game for Christmas and really likes playing it with me (his Mom) and his Grandma. It's easy to understand and he was quite good at it. Beat my butt at it! The graphics are really cute!

I was a little disappointed with how easy the game is. I was hoping it would be a bit more challenging for my 8 year old. It is challenging for my 3 year old. My daughters are not as disappointed with the game as I am. I read several reviews that said it was fun for adults, but I did not find that it was something I would enjoy playing.

As another reviewer described, our game board is already broken after just a week. I think my daughter tried to fold it the wrong way and it very easily snapped off a piece of the board. I will have to tape it back together.

It is basically a game of matching pictures to each other and doing it quicker than the other players are able to. I think it would be best for multiple kids playing together that are the same age for it to be truly fun.
