Includes tips on tracking, measurements and definition of terms, pictures of the tracks with excellent analysis of the tracks, fore and hind, walking and running; excellent description of the animal; also included are references to other similar species. Excellent paperback is small enought to carry around into the field. Highy recommended.

This book used to be a free book from the NYS Dept. of fish and wildlife for Hunter Education Gun or Bow classes.They dont do that anymore, shame excellent reference book.
