Watch out kids! This book is not just for animal lovers. This book is for the child who loves the element of surprise and for the child who is yearning for a good challenge. Vibrant illustrations provide wonderful visual cues that will help readers piece together a puzzle of seven animal identities. First, the readers catch a small glimpse of a colorful animal and read a short clue. The child is left to conjecture and speculate what the next page will hold. Then, when the reader turns the page the animal puzzle is complete. Young readers feel a sense of achievement as their guess is confirmed. Even younger siblings will love the book for its magnificent color and element of surprise. This is a great book for the whole family!
