Book Description

What are the Cutest Animals in the World?

All children love adorable looking animals. But do they know which ones are the cutest?

In "33 Cute Animals of the World" your child will get a captivating, fact-based guide that is filled with stunning photographs and information on adorable animals that can be found all over the globe.

Each of these 33 profiles contain an animal photograph with a caption and detailed facts. Not only will your child learn about each creature's origin, he or she will also get fun facts that will make it easy to remember every creature.

These pictures come from professional stock photography sites. That means they are crisp-clear on both the black & white Kindle and the full color Kindle.

Furthermore, children of all ages (even adults) will love the answers to these animal-specific questions:

  • Silky Sifaka (How many are left in the world?)

  • Pudu (Is it the smallest deer?)

  • Ladybug (Why does it play dead?)

  • Dumbo Octopus (Why is it called Dumbo?)

  • Red Rock Crabs (Why is this crustacean cute?)

  • Red Panda Bear (How is it different from other Pandas?)

  • Red-Eyed Tree Frog (How many colors does it have?)

  • Pygmy Marmoset (Is it the smallest monkey?)

  • Three-Toed Sloth (Where can you find it?)

Length: 77 pages.

This is an interesting booklet that should make for quality time between parents (or baby sitters) and toddlers. For greatest benefit, though, you'll need access to the Internet to enjoy access to a great number of photographs that augment the 77 pages of critter trivia. If you can't access the World Wide Web, the booklet does provide one, very good, photograph for each of the 31 animals, plus a bumblebee and a lady bug.

Which brings us to a correction. The title states 33 Cute Animals. However, there are 31 animals and one bumblebee and one lady bug. This is a minor point, and, perhaps not of great importance. Still, I felt it needed to be noted.

The information is not exhaustive, but it is sufficiently interesting for toddlers and youngsters and, to some among us who are heading towards our second childhood.

I'm giving this 4 Stars, but would gladly rate it 9 out of 10 if we had a 10-Star rating system, as a freebie, though, it definitely is a five star.
