Limited edition set. Includes 1 CD, 1 DVD, and 1 booklet. CD has opening and closing theme songs, 4 of each, that you hear on the Anime Series. DVD has opening and closing themes as seen on the anime series, only textless. Please note, DVD requires you to have a region free DVD player. It will not work on U.S.A. players. Booklet has lyrics to the songs, and messages from the artists. Note: Booklet in Japanese. CD will work on U.S. products. (car CD players, and computers, I have tested.)

Personally, I think this set is wonderful. It's usually not that easy to find complete opening and closing themes, to an anime series, in one disk. Usually you get the TV shorts, or you have to buy the individual artist's CD's.

I just purchased the DVD box set of Blood + part one not too long ago. I enjoyed the anime very much and I am looking forward to the release of part two. Now one thing that makes an anime worth watching in my opinion is the music that is placed alongside the art work, but then again that's what makes a good movie or anything worth watching...in my opinion. Ok, on to this Blood + Complete. First let me state that it is hard to find and if you can't acquire it by any other means then I suppose you must do what you must do. Secondly Blood + Complete gave ME the impression that it contained the music from the whole series. I am glad that I am into verifying things because the audio disc only comes with 10 songs. I would really say eight. The eight songs from the beginning and ending of the four seasons are on the disc. The disc also has two more songs... Diva and Blood Grand theme which can be found on the Blood + OST 1; I went looking for the music from the series and I of course went to Amazon to check out the prices and was appalled to see that the Blood + Complete was around 90 dollars suggested and selling for around 30. I enjoyed the music within the series and the intro and outro tracks for each season but you can't easily find JUST the intro/outro audio tracks for the series. You have to buy in addition to the audio tracks a DVD and an 80 page booklet about the series, too much for me...just music please. If you are into limited editions and enjoy the extras then this Complete is for you and probably worth the 30 dollars (it is an export). If you just want the music and nothing more than that-it may be prudent to search elsewhere to obtain the audio tracks. Though the Blood+ Complete comes with more than just a CD I only wanted the music and therefore couldn't pay 90 or 30 dollars for 10 songs. I was able to acquire just the songs though. Good Luck.

All songs are the complete song not the short anime version the 9th song is instrumental the 10th song is the full version song that diva sings in the anime. The second CD is the video of all of the openings and closings. The book that comes with the cd is in japanese mostly there are parts in english but there are many pictures. I highly recommend this product to any who love this series!
