3.0 out of 5 stars Well.....................................
It could have been more realistic, but the special effects were good, the andalite ship looked cool, the music fit the movie, & it was darmatic ( I know, I spelled it wrong! sorry.) Over all it was okay, but they should have followed the books better. Read the books first, but the movie is worth watching. It has really good graficis. Howenver, they need to make everything...

4.0 out of 5 stars Animorphs is in-Babysitter's Club trashed!!, October 29, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Animorphs - The Invasion Series, Part 2: Nowhere to Run [VHS] (VHS Tape)
In the second part of the Animorphs Invason Series, the first episode ic called "Between Friends", Rachel's friends, Melissa, is the daughter of Principal Chapman, and he's a Controller. Rachel is getting suspicious that her friend is a Controller, too.Investigating gets her into trouble! In "The Message", Cassie and Tobias are recieving weird signals in their brains about something crashing..With an ALIEN INSIDE!The message gets Jake scared, so the Animorphs set off to find the crash site, and a young Andalite is waiting there. His name is Aximili-Esgarrouth-Isthill. He's the newest Animorph. In "The Reaction", the episode portrays the Animorphs title #12, when Rachel is morphing out of control! In the show, CASSIE morphs a crocodile to save a little boy. Rachel helps, and they're both invited as guests on a talk show that's airing on t.v. With the only way of her crazy out-of-her-control morphing, Cassie has to go on, and risk getting caught. Ax, the new Animorph, says the only way to fix the problem is to regurgitate the croc's DNA- in the shape of the 12-foot reptile.

Howenver, they need to make everything ( espeillay the andalites) more realistic. And they seriously need to take out that part where Visser 3 pretends to be an adalite and goes, "Andalite cousin....." That is annoying & stupid. This was a good movie, though. Don't buy it, but get it from a libaray. It's worth watching.

4.0 out of 5 stars Animorph Pt. 2, April 11, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Animorphs - The Invasion Series, Part 2: Nowhere to Run [VHS] (VHS Tape)
I've seen all the episodes on this, and "The Message" is the BEST. I've not seen this video, but a friend said that Cassie is the one who does the never before seen footage. She is in the barn. This has episodes "Between Friends" Episode 5, "The Message" Episode 6, and "The Reaction" Episode 9. I wonder why they skipped so many episodes. . . . . .

By A Customer
This review is from: Animorphs - The Invasion Series, Part 2: Nowhere to Run [VHS] (VHS Tape)
I have not seen this video yet,but from the cover it looks like it's from the episode called "THE REACTION." The first one was good. But the books are better than the show, besides where ARE the Taxxons. Someday I hope there will be an Animorph movie, I mean like one released in theaters. For right now Animorphs is Da Bom!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4.0 out of 5 stars pretty good..., December 25, 1999
This review is from: Animorphs - The Invasion Series, Part 2: Nowhere to Run [VHS] (VHS Tape)
If you ask me, you should read the books first, then watch the movies. The other way around kinda spiols it. I like how the movies are visual, I am a visual person after all (kinda). I still think that the books are better than the videos because they have a longer storyline and a really interesting one, not that I am saying that the videos don't, because they do, they are just kinda dilluting it, that's all. Read book #1, then go down to your local video renting store and check out the first video in the series and you'll see what I mean. The videos are pretty good though, beleive me. The books are better, however, if you want a really good book to read, choose the Holy Bible, God's word.

3.0 out of 5 stars Well, it's okay......................., August 22, 2006
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Animorphs - The Invasion Series, Part 2: Nowhere to Run [VHS] (VHS Tape)
I really like the books, but the movie twisted things around WHAY to much. To start:A)Where's Marco's sense of humor? B)Why does Visser 3 spend so much time in human morph? C)Ax is found in the ocean, NOT the construction site! D) Andilites DO NOT have manes! Where'ed they get that idea? E) After the first setence, Ax speaks perfectly- where's the stuttering? F) Why is Ax always in human morph? G)Why can't we ever see an ENTIRE andalite? H) THERE IS NO DISK! I)Andalite have 7 NOT 5 fingers J)Rachel is an ELEPHANT, not a lion, and Marco is a grorrila K)Where are the morphing outfits? L) Ax is supposed to be a technaligical genius M) Where's Cassie's morphing talent?
Now that I'm done griping, I have to say, the special effects are ok. The morphing is cool, very realistic. I like the acting, they got Ax's fixation on taste very well. They protray Visser 3's personality very well. If it had been a little more true to the books, it would have been AWESOME!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars It was so awsome, you have to see it!, October 11, 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Animorphs - The Invasion Series, Part 2: Nowhere to Run [VHS] (VHS Tape)
The Yeerks have invaded Earth and only the Animorphs can SAVE it. Jake, Marco, Cassie, Rachel and Tobias are five normal kids with one awsome power: to transform into any animal they touch. But danger is everywhere. One of the Animorphs gets TRAPPED when he stays in morph too long-and another is morphing out of controll. BEWARE: when a second Andalite warrior crash-lands on Earth, the Animorphs must find him before Visser Three... and before it's too late.

This review is from: Animorphs - The Invasion Series, Part 2: Nowhere to Run [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Who the hck are these people who are rating this video so low? The andalites are chessey and some of the episodes aren't based on the books, but don't you need knew plots? You'd known what was going to happen all the time. This video is good enough for me, and if you don't like it, why don't you keep quiet.
