tropical and sturdy
I just received this bamboo mat in the mail today so while I cannot comment on its durability, I can say that it is a really cute, island-style decorative piece that exceeded my expectations. The quality seems quite high in terms of craftsmenship and the rug has a nice rubber backing to it so it looks like it will stay easily in place. The green is a nice soft color,...

Ok rug.
Well, for seven dollars it is a nice rug. I certainly wouldn't have paid the original price for it. It is a simple bamboo rug, nothing special.

I just received this bamboo mat in the mail today so while I cannot comment on its durability, I can say that it is a really cute, island-style decorative piece that exceeded my expectations. The quality seems quite high in terms of craftsmenship and the rug has a nice rubber backing to it so it looks like it will stay easily in place. The green is a nice soft color, also. For a clearance price of under 8 dollars this is one of the best bargains I've found in a while.

I love this rug! It's good quality and looks great in my kitchen/breakfast area. Nice backing and slip resistant. Cloth binding on edge is well-sewn.

I found the same rug at Big Lots for a fraction of the price I bought it for online. BUT I must say it is a great bath mat, and looks nice too. I ordered a green version, it is not really green, more like dried bamboo color.
