We have a carpeted office. We have gone through 3 plastic char mats in 4 years, they always crack. Decided to try this product. Chair rolls so much better, doesn't sink in like on plastic mats. No marks or scuffs yet so that's good. And it doesn't slide on the carpet like I was worried about. Does not have the spikes that plastic mats do so I'm hoping it better for the carpet too.

Sits a little higher than a plastic mat but in my case that is good since my office chair was maxed out on height and I like the additional 1/2 - 1 inch.

Finally gives the office some class.

I use this mat on thick carpet. So far it has performed much better than the plastic mat. It is well made. It provides a solid surface and looks very nice.

When my clear plastic chairmat started cracking as they always do, I decided to purchase this bamboo version. Quite simply, I was sick and tired of buying the plastic ones, only to have to purchase new ones every few years. Not to mention they always smell so bad for the first few weeks of using them. This bamboo chairmat blew me away! I compared prices at all of the local office stores and online stores, and Amazon by far had the best price. The chairmat arrived the very next day after ordering and was shipped in perfect condition. It even has a storage and carrying case included. It rolled out flat very easily, is lightweight, is very easy to glide the chair on, and best of all, it elevated the entire look of my office. Looks very sleek and stylish. All in all, a fantastic purchase!

I usually buy from Amazon. Almost always cheaper, free shipping and no sales tax. Today my wife and I were in Staples looking for her a new computer chair and I find this product. There was no price so I used my iPhone to check what the price at Amazon was. When the salesman told me the price was $20 cheaper there, I bought it.

Nice looking mat, will last a lifetime....I hope....and no more plastic floor mats!

This chairmat has proven to be a pleasant buy. While a little more costly, I believe it will out perform the plastic versions available. We previously purchased a cheaper, thin plastic mat that began to dimple and crack within a couple of months. Even where I work the mat has dimples where the weight of my chair sits causing me to constantly adjust out of. We've had this new mat for three months now and it's just as smooth now as when we first laid it down. It came folded up in a package that at first made me leary, but it unfolded flat and has remained so to this day. Good buy!

I love this roll-up mat. Great product except the mat is not wide enough and I am always managing to move off.

This product is very attractive in the office. I was a little skeptical that it might slide on the hardwood floor in my office but it doesn't. Seems to be holding up well to the chair rolling on it as well. Definitely a good recommendation from me on this product.

The size is good, color is nice, but I should have bought the light colored one since dust gathers too fast and is visible.

This product is very sturdy and attractive. I use it in my kitchen were my nook is. I bought a much cheaper version before this and it lasted about a week.

I wanted an attractive chair mat that would protect the hard wood floor in my home 'office'. This chairmat meets the bill. Very attractive and durable.
