This is the best item like this I've found. Most cold packs never get/stay cold enough--this one does. And the wrap is terrific, allows you to put it on whatever part of your foot is ailing. Beautifully designed and functional.

So I play soccer, run triathlons and run on a regular basis and often times need to ice my ankle. I have found this product to not only stay cold at least 40+ minutes but it is easy to manipulate the gel packs so that you can make sure that you are icing the proper area. A great product and I recommend it to anyone who has to ice their ankles on a regular basis.

Excellent fit, comfortable, adjustable ice packs place the cold right where you need it. Gets and stays very cold. I would buy again.

Purchased for use to soothed a nagging Tendonitis problem in my ankle. Provides "on the spot" relief. I have even used it upside down to wrap around the back of my leg above the ankle area. Very good product...gets used almost daily. A lot easier to use then an ice bag. You can even walk around with it if necessary.

It took me a long time to receive this item. But, the company kept notifying me of the issues. I love this ankle foot wrap. It is perfect for my recent running injuries. I use it every night - It stays cold for well over the recommended 15 minutes. I haven't used the hot yet.

I have severe RLS and am unable to take any medication for it, while I'm pregnant. I bought these ankle wraps to help distract the symptoms (along with the use of a good food massager -- MediRub). The wraps feel nice, and help distract the symptoms, but they don't compress quite as tightly as I would like. I'm happy I have them, but they are not perfect.
