This review is from: Anna and the Seven Swans (Hardcover)
The purchase of this item was fast and easy. Once I presented it to my grandaughter she informed me it was the wrong book. She wanted six swans. So now I may have to find that book to purchase.

A version of the Russian Baba Yaga tale. Anna is suppose to keep his brother safe from Baba Yaga, but when she veers too far away from her brother, she discovers he has been carried away by swans.Through acts of kindness, Anna is able to rescue her brother and escape Baba Yaga's boiling pot

Anna triumphs!,

This review is from: Anna and the Seven Swans (Hardcover)
This retelling of a Baba Yaga tale includes swans as messengers of evil Baba Yaga. That symbolic meaning is significant and I shall include it in the Mythology section of my next book, How to Raise Poultry, to follow How To Raise Chickens: Everything You Need To Know (How to Raise...) in Spring 2009.
