This is a very well made durable apple corer. I like that it has a soft grip handle, is longer than the typical apple corer and since it has stainless steel weight to it, you do not have to be concerned with bending it when pushing it through the apple or pear or whatever you want a hole in any soft fruit or vegetable. I have numerous Anolon products and have yet to be disappointed in any of them. This is one brand that still equates excellent quality.

It's a good product that matches the clad pot set I have. Awesome pot also, I think they may be discontinued and I don't know why! Great handles.
