Because it's not coated inside with nonstick, you can turn up the heat under this roasting pan. Use it to sear meat on the stovetop or to roast a 25-pound turkey, two chickens, a large prime rib, or a holiday ham in the oven. When company's coming, it can bake a lasagna, braise spareribs under foil, or fry fish. This roaster's 18/10 stainless-steel handles are safe under the broiler so spareribs can be finished with a tasty charring. The pan measures 16 inches long, 12 inches wide, and 3-1/4 inches deep.
