Product Description
The nonstick surface of our muffin (or cupcake) pan makes paper baking cups optional and clean-up easy. (Clean-up is more of a consideration in a muffin pan than many other bakeware pieces as it is really twelve little pans in one--if you choose only one pan with nonstick, let it be the muffin pan.) For even heating and browning, the pan is made of heavy weight carbon steel. Not just for sweets, a muffin pan may also be used for mini-quiches or rolls. The SureGrip¿ silicone enhanced handles make this pan easy and comfortable to pick up and hold.

I love this whole line of pans--I have this tin, as well as the cookie sheets, mini muffin tin, rectangular and square pans. They are sturdy and won't dent easily, like some of the cheaper pans--I've had these for years with no problem. Food slides out of them. The grips on the handles are great. Well worth a little extra cost, because they'll last.

As I stated in my other review these are the best ever. I make muffins a lot for my kids and they slide out. The pans are heavy but not too heavy to make you not use them...
