I had been checking various stores for a pan like this to no avail. I checked Amazon.com, and they had exactly what I was looking for. It is a fantastic pan especially for cooking a meat loaf. The top part of the pan has holes at the bottom which allows grease to drain away into the bottom part. This produces a very moist meat loaf with a great taste, much better than you get from a one piece pan. My family noticed the difference immediately, and everyone raved about it.

I really like using this product it's easy to clean and I like that the grease fat from the burger drains to the bottom of the pan and does not stay in my meatloaf.

HIGHLY recommend Anolon Bakeware! Purchased this Loafpan to go with my new cookware set. I then bought more Anolon bakeware to complete my set. This is BEST bakeware I have ever owned :)

I love this pan- sometimes I make meat cakes in it with little to no seasoning and they still come out just perfect! I think I'll use it to make something for the potluck I'm going to this very weekend!!!

I'm very happy with this purchase. The excess fat drips out of the loaf, yet still leaves it moist. Clean up is a breeze. Couple of drops of dishsoap and all the baked on food slid right off. This is a quailty built and designed meatloaf baking pan. Worth the few extra dollars...

How did I live without this pan ? Oh my goodness, it's heavy, quality, very smooth non-stick surface. It's a snap to clean up. Nothing sticks !! I have made two meatloaves with this and both turned out fantastically, no more of that greasy mess swimming around the meatloaf,[I used to use a pyrex dish to cook meatloaf in] The meatloaf has been very moist both times. One was with ground sirloin....the other was half turkey/half angus chuck.

I look forward to using this for many, many years. It's substantial....equal to or heavier than my Wilton baking pans. I will be checking out other Anolon items now that I've used this one. This is the kind of cookware I thought was extinct !!

I recommend this to anyone who loves to cook with quality cookware. I can find no cons to mention. It's all good, all pros.
Buy it..it is worth it!

I considered the one with no sides and end tabs that you lift up on, but I'm certainly glad I bought this one....it's a real quality heavy pan inside another real quality heavy pan.....perfection.

I have had three of these meat loaf pans for several years now. I used to have some meat loaf pans that cost half as much, but they were flimsy and started to warp, the non-stick coating began to flake off, and I finally tossed them. These Anolon pans are sturdy and made to last. Even after at least six years, they look as good as new. If I had known about them earlier, I would have skipped buying the cheaper pans.

I use my pans for both beef and turkey meatloaves, and they always come out moist and non-greasy. BTW, "The Barefoot Contessa Cookbook" has a fantastic recipe for turkey meatloaf. I bought three pans so I could make the entire recipe, which uses five pounds of ground turkey (but can easily be halved). This meatloaf freezes beautifully and is great to have on hand after a demanding work day.

I really like making turkey meatloaf and the primary problem with turkey is to keep it moist. This pan did the job and my turkey meatloaf was very moist and delicious. The meatloaf did not stick in this pan and came out very easily. All the juices remained around the meatloaf and it turned out to be very good. Also clean up was very easy this pan just required a soft sponge and very little detergent and it was very clean with minimal effort.

this is a great product. I made an excellent turkey loaf and it was perfect, especially because all of the excess grease rains to the bottom pan.

This is an excellent pan. I got this for my mother who was enticed by the "As Seen On TV" 2-piece meat loaf pan. I found this one and quickly decided that it would be superior. I suspect it is. The meat loaf is easy to remove. The pan is substantial in weight and very easy to clean. We enjoy it very much.
